Hi ladies,
We will leave at 10 am on June 25, it is a 8.5 hour drive, we will hit up a grocery store once we get in to new Salem.
We are staying at a air B & B in New Salem, ND. The address there is 411 7th Street North. The camp is at MATPAC wrestling located at 2600 E Rosser Ave, Bismarck. Our air b& b is about a 30 min drive to practice.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 1 double and 2 singles.
We will be driving my SUV, its a Ford Escape it will be a squishy ride. There will be laundry so we don’t need to over pack.
Abby will you be driving up and staying with your mom or what is your plan?
Please pass this information onto your parents, i will be sending out the form for them to sign so i can take you across the border.

Tentative Schedule:
- 9am to 11am Session 1: Technique and Drilling
- 11:30am to 1pm: Lunch
- 2pm to 4pm Session 2: Technique and Live Wrestling
- June 26th and 27th ONLY - Youth camp from 4:30pm to 6pm
- Dinner
- 6:30pm to 8pm Session 3: Drill problem Areas and Seminar Sessions: Lifting, Mental Skills Training, Preparation-Planning- Goal Setting
